When were listening to the interviews one of the sound recordings for the Sheffield Wednesday supporter had gone missing. I was away doing a presentation for another subject and had no idea as to what has happened as I didn't record the sound. However, the only solution is to use the cameras sound as this interview contains some vital dialogue.
I'm quite upset about this because the cameras sound is very poor, in it the interviewee sounds echoed and there is an annoying ringing in the background either produced by the camera or the mans fridge.
It concerned me because this will look bad on me as I am the sound recordist but I didn't record this sound. I haven't blamed any of the group as it was unlucky that the day we managed to get an interview was on the day I couldn't go. If it was me who actually recorded it I would have stored the sound and logged it, but because of the mash up of the project at that stage we think the sound never got transferred off of the Marantz and so it was sent back to the stores.
